Report progress on OKRs, KPIs and milestones to relevant stakeholders.
Make sure the squad has the skills to deliver, by growing people or hiring.
Onboard, train, develop and coach your reports, and take part in performance calibration and promotion reviews.
Pass company, department and pillar strategy to the squad, and give stakeholders context from the team.
Teach the culture, handle interpersonal conflict, collect and act on feedback, and relay company and department changes.
Raise the team's voice with senior leadership, with support from your manager.
Work well with cross-functional colleagues such as UX and data, and co-lead the squad with its product manager.
