Description

The company is expanding its network to change how people, businesses, and technologies connect.

The role sits in RAN performance. You will oversee field work, wireless testing, and parameter tuning on multi-vendor 5G and LTE networks.

Customers depend on the network to work reliably at all times. You will analyze and improve KPIs to keep network quality and user experience high.

Responsibilities

  • Run drive and walk tests, then process and analyze logs for the relevant technologies and KPIs.
  • Analyze Layer 3 drive test data and propose optimization strategies.
  • Carry out indoor RF coverage checks by collecting scanner data and assessing PCI pollution, RSRP, and SINR to find coverage or interference gaps.
  • Manage customer eFEMTO deployments and diagnose in-building system faults, working with senior engineers on customer complaints.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and tune network applications and systems for performance and availability.
  • Review service performance trends and coverage gaps, then recommend ways to improve coverage.
  • Track problem tickets across systems and keep refining operational workflows.
  • Use AI platforms and tools where possible to work more efficiently as technology changes quickly.

Requirements

  • You learn quickly, start work on your own, and stay flexible and dependable in changing settings. You care about quality and working well with the team.
  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of work experience.
  • 1+ years of work experience in IT or networking.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, plus clear verbal and written communication for technical presentations.
  • Even better if you have:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with RF testing, network optimization, and wireless deployment.
  • Familiarity with passive and active in-building RF parts such as splitters, couplers, antennas, and bi-directional amplifiers (BDAs).
  • Understanding of Nokia and Samsung OEM platforms for in-building, macro, and small cell solutions.
  • Hands-on use of field test and post-processing tools such as Actix, TEMS, XCAL, XCAP, JDSU, WindCatcher, TrueCall, xLPT, IRIS, and Optis Analyzer.
  • Experience with RF planning and reporting software such as Atoll, IBWave, MapInfo Professional, and Google Earth Pro.
  • Ability to tune and validate propagation models so RF predictions match real walk and drive test results.
  • You are encouraged to apply even if you do not meet every 'even better' item.

Conditions

Hybrid role: your work location is set by your manager and includes working from home plus a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
