  • Experience coordinating incident response in a live operational setting.
  • Ability to handle several incidents and competing priorities in a 24/7 environment.
  • Working familiarity with access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, dispatch and case management systems.
  • Strong written and spoken communication.
  • Experience leading, coaching and engaging stakeholders.
  • A current, valid SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) license.
  • Self-motivated, with initiative, boldness and good judgement.
  • Clear thinking and analytical strength, with excellent written and spoken English and strong attention to detail.
  • A demonstrable interest in security and intelligence.
  • Able to work under pressure, lead when needed and collaborate well in a team.
  • Preferred: experience as a shift supervisor, duty officer, watch commander, operations lead or a similar role.
  • Preferred: experience with Lenel, Milestone, Everbridge, ServiceNow, Jira or similar platforms.

Conditions
