DRM and PAM Engineer

Description

You will help the company protect Microsoft 365 content and keep privileged accounts secure and compliant, supporting its DRM and PAM services.

Basic DRM and PAM knowledge is enough to start, and you should want to deepen it over time.

Responsibilities

• Support the DRM and PAM infrastructure in line with the company's incident, change and problem management processes.
• Administer Microsoft Purview, Azure Key Vault and the on-premises PAM platform BeyondTrust.
• Work with internal specialists, external partners and vendors to resolve DRM and PAM faults and limit service impact.
• Watch encryption events, help with data lifecycle management and archiving, and keep sensitivity labels and Sensitive Information Types up to date.
• Keep DRM and PAM documentation current and help meet relevant regulations and content protection standards.
• Help improve processes and automate them.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• At least 3 years working with DRM or PAM technologies, such as Microsoft Purview Information Protection, PAM tools, encryption, key management and/or Azure Key Vault, plus a willingness to learn.
• Scripting and automation with PowerShell or Python is a must.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols, Windows and Linux servers and Active Directory is a plus.
• Certifications in DRM, content protection or Privileged Access Management are a plus.
• Experience in complex IT infrastructure environments, working with distributed international teams and taking part in project teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, reliability, autonomy and a team-oriented approach.
• English communication skills, written and spoken, at B2 level or higher.
