Description

The company builds infrastructure that lets enterprises create and run AI workforces.

Its AI workers go past voice and email. They make decisions, take action and run operations on their own across entire enterprise systems.

The company came out of the S23 batch of Y Combinator, has raised over $200M, and is backed by a16z, Base10, Prysm Capital and Eurazeo.

The platform was proven in logistics, where AI results have real consequences. The team built its own voice stack, models and orchestration layer, and now serves global enterprises.

You will join as a Deployment Strategist and work with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) at every stage, from the first discovery talk to a system live in production.

The role mixes strategy and hands-on coding. The most valued skill is the opinionated strategic view you apply at each phase, not coding alone.

The company has no seniority levels or hierarchy. It works as a team of builders who execute, build, take ownership and care about customers.

Shared principles: take full responsibility and fix what breaks, even outside your own remit; care about craft and detail; be friendly, honest and kind; aim for the biggest result in the least time; hire for ability over title; rebuild problems from basic facts instead of copying existing answers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet senior executives and VPs, Global and Regional, to judge where AI fits and rank the use cases with the most impact. Run discovery that digs into workflows where AI adds the most business value, including ones the customer never raised. Build relationships strong enough to present findings and question assumptions at the top, keeping delivery tied to their business goals.
  • Judge impact against effort with equal rigor. Test how big the realistic upside is, ask whether the requested use case is the best one, and see whether reframing it or moving to a neighbouring process would create more value. On effort, map integrations, data and platform limits, plus the edge cases and dependencies that drive timelines. Agree a plan that holds up on both counts.
  • Build prototypes and demos yourself on the platform, using AI coding tools to test ideas end to end at small scope. Show the value early, before the customer commits.
  • Coordinate work across all live deployments within an account. Act as the customer's escalation contact and as the FDE's checkpoint. Stay close enough to the build to understand the use case, find extra value and notice when work drifts from the highest-impact path.
  • Order use cases within an account so each deployment sets up the next. Decide what gets built when, what gets paused, and where discovery and build time should go.
  • Serve as the main business-side contact for the account. Build day-to-day trust with operational and executive stakeholders, and explain AI capabilities in terms they can act on.
  • Travel on site for kickoffs, mapping sessions and key moments when being present changes the result.
  • Send field observations back to Product and Engineering, including reusable patterns, recurring edge cases and areas where the platform must evolve.

Requirements

  • A background that combines technical depth with strategic judgment and a track record of building things. Typical paths include engineering (computer science, electrical, industrial or systems), data science, founding a tech startup, product management, or technical or strategy consulting.
  • Comfortable coding, mainly in Python, with LLMs and AI tools such as Claude Code to ship prototypes quickly.
  • A working grasp of APIs, integrations and how AI agents fit into enterprise workflows.
  • The ability to spot the business value in a workflow and express it as impact, effort and priority in terms a C-level executive can act on.
  • Strong communication with both executives and operators, moving between business and technical language without losing either.
  • A record of setting priorities across several workstreams and delivering results, not just activity.
  • A founder mindset: works independently, takes ownership and does well in a fast environment.

Conditions

The company processes applicant data as the data controller under GDPR, keeps it only for the hiring process, and deletes it after 3 months of inactivity.

Benefits

  • Work with a top team of engineers and builders.
  • Investors include a16z, Y Combinator, Base10, Prysm Capital and Eurazeo.
  • Own projects and their direction, and are encouraged to ship them.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, dental and vision coverage.
  • Competitive salary plus equity in a high-growth startup.
