Description

The company is building an AI operating system that absorbs the complexity of large enterprises' SAP estates so those firms can move at the pace of their ideas.

Changes such as a new product line, a pricing update or a process redesign often take months to reach production, because SAP landscapes carry years of custom code that few people fully understand. S/4HANA migrations can cost $100M+, and the 2027 ECC end date is pushing every large enterprise to plan one.

Major enterprises already trust the company with their most critical systems. It has signed significant SI partnerships, raised a $60M Series A, and has more demand than it can currently serve.

The team is small and talent-dense, working from London and NYC. People here take ownership, move fast and collaborate without ego, and the work shapes both the company and how large organisations operate.

This role sits between customers and product: you help major SAP accounts adopt the platform from the first use case through to wide use across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Join strategic SAP accounts early, help shape how the product fits into each customer's transformation programme, and take full ownership after the sale.
  • Act as the SAP expert in the room, translating between CIOs, process owners, Basis teams and engineers.
  • Define use cases in finance, supply chain, procurement and sales that deliver real value quickly.
  • Work through heavily customised ECC and S/4HANA landscapes, find where the product can have the greatest impact, and lead the deployment that delivers it.
  • Onboard hundreds of end users, demonstrate return on investment, identify expansion signals and lead the early commercial conversations that grow the account.
  • Bring what you learn in the field straight to product and engineering so it influences the roadmap.
  • Build onboarding flows, tooling and reusable playbooks so customer capacity grows without headcount rising in step.
  • Work with SI partners, speaking their language, and help them deploy the product within their own programmes.
  • Travel to customers when it matters most and spend the rest of your time building alongside the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SAP or ERP consulting at a Big Four firm, a global SI or a specialist SAP partner, including live implementations, rollouts or S/4HANA transformations rather than advisory work alone.
  • Deep knowledge of at least one SAP area: functional (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM), technical (ABAP, integration, BTP) or solution architecture, with an understanding of how processes and custom code interact across a landscape.
  • Experience running workshops and owning a workstream, and earning the trust of senior stakeholders who were initially sceptical.
  • Commercial judgement: you spot the next problem worth solving and understand that a strong deployment is how an account grows.
  • A hands-on drive to do customer work and build the process behind it, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Curiosity about AI. You don't need to be an engineer, but you want to understand how it works and where it fails.
  • Low ego and high self-awareness: you can say "I don't know" in a complex technical room and then go find the answer.
  • You don't need to meet every point to apply. The company values trajectory and sharpness over a perfect match, and former colleagues would describe you as one of the sharpest people they have worked with.
