The company is best known as a digital insurer, but it also runs a growing unsecured lending business.
The lending product runs on market-leading systems and offers customers guaranteed eligibility and real rates through price comparison websites (PCWs).
The company serves over 4 million customers and has invested heavily in data and technology over the past few years. It wants to grow much further in the UK market and runs on its own 4Cs culture.
You will be the engineer who turns decisioning strategy into systems that work in practice. Based in the IT team inside the lending business, you will use technology and data to build end-to-end decisioning capabilities that help the business reach its strategic goals. You will work with Credit Risk, Pricing, Modelling and Product to design, build, deploy and improve decisioning functions, strategies and processes, all within a regulated lending setting.
This role suits someone who wants to own decisioning delivery from start to finish and work closely with the business. It is not a purely build-to-spec role removed from the business context.
If you're excited about the role and don't tick every box, or you're not 100% sure you match it, the company would still like to hear from you.
