Description

The company is moving its insurance risk work toward Generative AI, and its GenAI solutions already run in production across the business, with more use cases in progress.

The team is hiring data scientists with GenAI experience to join and to lead and grow a group of data scientists.

The team works on cutting-edge technology and includes product managers, engineers and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver data science and generative AI solutions that meet business requirements, and monitor them once they are in production.
• Work with product managers, engineers and business leaders across functions.
• Build evaluation frameworks that measure LLM effectiveness and ground truth dataset quality, and use the results to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions, such as prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, and observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience in a traditional data science role, ideally using Python, in an agile production environment, including defect triage, root cause analysis and fixes.
• Palantir platform experience or certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within and across teams.
• Highly technical and hands-on.

Conditions
