The role calls for AI and analytics knowledge, process improvement skills, project leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders, with the goal of practical, controlled and measurable improvements to how the team works.
Responsibilities
- Map and document end-to-end processes, including pain points, controls, dependencies and handoffs between teams.
- Run stakeholder workshops to bring fragmented processes together and define clear current-state and future-state workflows.

- Turn business opportunities into defined AI use cases, with requirements, success measures, delivery plans and change impacts.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery and proof of concept through implementation, validation, rollout and ongoing improvement.
- Build integrated project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points and stakeholder accountabilities, and report status clearly, escalating issues when needed.
- Align business, technology, data, risk, privacy and governance partners, and get stakeholders to make decisions, commit resources and change how they work.
- Set up practical governance and quality controls so AI-enabled processes are responsible, traceable, testable and sustainable, and track adoption, efficiency, quality and business outcomes after launch.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, business analytics, operations research or a related quantitative field. A graduate degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, AI or automation delivery, process transformation, consulting or cross-functional project leadership.
- Working knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, AI assistants and agents, prompt design and workflow automation, and the judgment to pick the right approach for a business problem.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in common data and machine learning libraries and in Databricks or a comparable cloud analytics platform.
- Experience prototyping, testing and operating AI-enabled solutions, including evaluation criteria, human-in-the-loop controls, monitoring, documentation and responsible AI practices.

- Strong data analysis and visualization skills, including assessing process performance, sizing opportunities, setting baselines and measuring adoption and business results.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through to adoption.
- Skilled in process discovery and redesign, including stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, current-state and future-state mapping, root-cause analysis, use-case prioritization and defining benefits.
- Strong planning and delivery skills covering scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, governance, change impacts and executive-level status reporting.
- Ability to turn business problems into clear AI, data, process and technical requirements while weighing value, feasibility, controls and user experience.
- Proven stakeholder management and influence, with the ability to build alignment, resolve competing priorities and secure cooperation across teams without direct authority over them.
- Excellent communicator and facilitator who can explain AI opportunities, limits, risks and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Structured, curious and outcome-focused, with sound judgment, comfort with ambiguity, a constructive approach to challenging existing processes, and the ability to manage several priorities.
