Description

You will join a global group of 2,500 experts at the company, where software, data, AI and human expertise come together to build digital products, services and operating models that create measurable business impact.

You will help build, run and grow intelligence across the full value chain.

The company puts people first and aims for genuine human connections in a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop causal machine learning solutions for pricing, with a focus on price elasticity estimation using Double Machine Learning (DML).
  • Work with data engineers, pricing specialists and client stakeholders, owning analyses from start to finish.
  • Turn business questions from clients into well-defined ML and AI solutions.
  • Recalibrate models regularly across markets and brands by rerunning pipelines on new data, comparing results with earlier runs and explaining the differences.
  • Pull useful insights from large, mixed and often messy data sources, and spot data quality issues.
  • Assess model performance and keep improving accuracy and efficiency.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Help maintain a production-grade, config-driven Python codebase, using testing, type hints, code review, spec-driven development and AI-assisted coding.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics/Econometrics or another related quantitative field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience applying machine learning and AI in practice.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with the scientific stack, including pandas and/or polars, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels and gradient boosting such as XGBoost, plus clean, tested, maintainable code using pytest, type hints and linting.
  • Strong grasp of statistical methods and concepts.
  • Experience with time-series and panel data, including seasonality, outliers and structural breaks.
  • A rigorous, hypothesis-driven way of working: testing ideas with reproducible scripts and reporting negative or inconclusive results honestly.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms, ideally AWS (SageMaker, S3), and with experiment tracking such as MLflow.
  • Fluent English.
  • Domain knowledge in pricing, revenue management or the automotive industry, such as list versus transaction prices, discounts and incentives, financing and leasing, and model lifecycles.
  • Experience with price elasticity or demand modelling, or with causal ML libraries such as EconML or DoubleML.
  • Experience with model interpretability (SHAP), hyperparameter optimization (Optuna) and data validation (pandera, Pydantic).
  • Experience with model monitoring, recalibration and data or concept drift analysis.
  • Experience processing data with Spark and Databricks.
  • Experience with visualization and dashboard tools or simple frontends, such as Streamlit, Dash, Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Experience deploying ML and AI models into production.
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows, Poetry, pre-commit, CI, Docker containerization, and AI coding assistants or spec-driven development.
  • Ability to write clear technical reports in Markdown or LaTeX.
  • Previous experience in consulting or the service industry.
