The company is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world, with more than 2,500 people across 12 studios.

Its portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, reaching top chart positions worldwide and engaging over 25 million daily active users.

The team is building a new player rewards platform where users earn points, complete challenges and win real prizes by playing free-to-play casual mobile games.

The platform combines engagement mechanics with high-quality game content and is a key part of the company's growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build a system that combines fraud and activity signals to segment users and inform revenue-share decisions, working with the analyst who owns gameplay signals and with product and data colleagues.
• Own the fraud-related segments, from deciding how signals should be read to tracking how well each category performs over time.
• Review fraud signals on a regular basis, adding, removing and refining them to separate suspicious activity from legitimate play. Current signals under consideration include IP spoofing, VPN use and unusual play patterns.
• Advise the product team on which verification methods suit each market, working on tools with them. FaceTec is used for facial verification today, and other markets may need methods such as ID scanning or phone verification.
• Investigate users flagged for manual review, including ambiguous cases in the Tremendous queue, and find ways to make the review process better.
• Spot gaps in the available signals and recommend third-party tools for the product roadmap where they would help.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection or prevention decisions, rather than only working alongside a fraud team.
• Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments or review processes, and an interest in how those decisions change as tactics evolve.
• Ability to work with product and other teams to turn analysis into operational fraud controls.
