Customer Succes Engineer

Description

The role sits between the company and its strategic clients, with a focus on helping them get value from their investment and see a return on it.

The team is made up of technology-savvy people who have digital marketing experience and understand how it shapes company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical consultant for 5 to 7 customers running the company Experience Manager (AEM), including rolling out and supporting standard deployments and building custom integrations.
• Liaise between clients, third-party providers and partners.
• Keep existing clients satisfied and identify future projects that can become new business, working regularly with Directors, VPs and C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies.
• Build lasting client relationships, run technical operations, and deepen your expertise in a collaborative, two-way team environment.
• Grow each assigned client's use and adoption of the company products so they get an excellent experience.
• Help clients meet their goals by answering their questions, configuring their accounts and handling contract renewals.
• Partner with Sales Executives and other team members to meet shared objectives and keep clients happy.
• Keep clients informed throughout the contract, resolving issues as they arise and setting realistic expectations.
• Coordinate customer support so quality issues are closed on time, and manage professional services requests.
• Work with the AEM, Connect, LiveCycle and other the company teams on building new AMIs and rolling out new software.
• Create and refine procedures that improve autoscaling.
• Show clients Amazon and Azure cloud services and the company's advanced Command/Control systems, explaining how the next-generation cloud management solution works.
• Support enterprise customers through upgrades as the company products change.
• Work with teams to provision, customize, monitor, balance and upgrade the cloud-hosted enterprise offering, feeding improvements back into the management system.

Requirements

• Prior experience with cloud hosting on Microsoft Azure and AWS, and a solid grasp of Linux, Windows Server and Java systems.
• Experience running, monitoring and upgrading enterprise software over the long term.
• Experience troubleshooting and operating the company AEM in an enterprise setting, with an understanding of enterprise internet business models, online processes, terminology and strategies.
• Front-end experience, with JavaScript knowledge preferred and CSS a plus.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and client success.
• A strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• A proven record of managing client relationships and technical projects successfully.
• Being ambitious, collaborative and highly responsible, and wanting to exceed client expectations.
• Strong social, presentation and interpersonal skills, both spoken and written.
• The ability to adapt to change and perform well under high pressure.

Conditions

Location: Romania.

Pay range: 222,000 RON to 321,000 RON per year.

Where you land in the range depends on job-related knowledge, skills and experience, and your recruiter can explain more during the hiring process.

Pay is a base salary for non-sales roles, and you are eligible for the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus, which is paid annually according to plan terms and individual performance.
