Description

The company is a global independent platform company built for impact. It combines business strategy, media, creative and data in one operating model, run on its own in-house system. More than 1,000 people work there, and clients include Apple, Nike, Dropbox, Experian, Sephora and Whole Foods.

You would join a creative group of writers, designers, producers and creative leads who care about craft and keep ideas tied to what audiences feel and need. You would work closely with creative leadership on concepts, language and formats across channels. Strategy and account colleagues help define the reasoning behind each piece, including audience insight, brand goals and where each message fits in a larger campaign. Some work involves direct client contact to present copy and explain your choices.

Responsibilities

  • Write original copy for campaigns, brand storytelling, product and service messaging, and content systems.
  • Shift your voice across several brands while keeping each one clear and consistent.
  • Develop briefs from first concept through finished copy, testing different angles and strengthening ideas through language and structure.
  • Present copy and creative concepts with confidence, showing how they serve both the creative vision and the business goal.
  • Edit tightly, check grammar, and make every headline, CTA and long-form line deliberate.
  • Identify content opportunities by studying audience behavior, customer needs and cultural moments that make messages more relevant.
  • Keep up with advertising, design and cultural trends, and apply them where they improve the work.
  • Use available tools, including AI where it helps, to explore ideas, refine drafts and speed up workflows, while keeping the final voice human and on brand.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of copywriting experience, ideally in an agency or a fast-growing brand environment.
  • Solid writing fundamentals and a clear point of view, with work that is polished, purposeful and easy to follow.
  • Experience writing copy for integrated campaigns and performance channels.
  • Skill writing for digital platforms, especially paid social, video and web.
  • Flexibility to change tone, voice and format based on the brand, channel and audience.
  • Strong concepts, not just lines, and a habit of going beyond the first draft.
  • Confidence presenting your work and accepting feedback, while improving copy without losing its original intent.
  • A good sense of what makes messaging work and curiosity about how creative drives real customer action.
  • Strong organization and follow-through, managing revisions and deadlines without rushing the work.
  • Comfort with modern tools and sound judgment about when AI helps and when it does not.
  • Continual learning: curiosity and adaptability as you keep up with media innovation.
  • A customer-focused approach that looks for ways to deliver real value to clients.
  • A people-focused approach: you lead by example, collaborate well, support others' growth and build relationships that help people do their best work.
