(Contract) Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Support the Business recruiting team on a contract basis during a period of growth, working with recruiters and hiring managers to keep open searches moving.
• Find and reach out to candidates for Business roles through direct outreach, referrals and talent pools.
• Run early-stage recruiter screens and give the recruiting team and hiring manager clear, structured feedback.
• Keep candidate pipelines moving and manage interview scheduling and logistics.
• Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and current.
• Make sure every candidate gets a timely, clear and respectful experience at each stage.
• Help with recruiting team projects, such as building talent pipelines, improving outreach templates and refining process documentation.
• Raise roadblocks, market feedback and candidate concerns with the recruiting team early.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally including some contract or agency work.
• Experience hiring in a fast-moving or high-growth setting.
• Comfort using sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to get up to speed quickly and work well when priorities shift within a team.
• Highly reliable, discreet and detail-oriented.
• Interest in the company's products and the fintech industry.
