Consultant II, Professional Services - Core Banking

The Consultant II role in Professional Services helps design new ways to onboard clients onto the company's products and services.

You will work on improving how employees work and building digital-first experiences that feel smooth for clients.

Your work covers, but is not limited to, documenting platform and agentic requirements for Professional Services staff and developing a thorough grasp of how client configuration works across the company's products.

Responsibilities

• Write functional requirements for platform and agentic features that support employee and client processes on the core banking platforms.
• Work with the company's engineers to document and build solutions that make Professional Services processes more efficient.
• Promote simple, sensible designs that follow lean process methods.
• Push for standard and automated ways of working for staff and clients, so work moves faster and has fewer sticking points.
• Help shape a client self-service experience that modernizes how employees and clients interact with the platform.

Requirements

• You have created, ranked and communicated functional business requirements for development teams.
• You have taken part in a team that designed and deployed large, company-wide solutions.
• You communicate clearly and answer questions quickly, including when deliverables are due on short timelines.
• You have worked with agile software practices.
