  • Polish and Business English at B2 level or higher, with the ability to prepare technical documentation with support from a Project Manager.
  • Experience using new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work, such as task automation, information analysis and content creation.
  • Cloud certification in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Experience applying Kimball dimensional modelling to design and build logical and physical data models.

  • Experience running data assessments across multiple domains, including Product and Customer, and systems such as ERP and CRM.
  • Familiarity with Agile methods such as Scrum, used to build and scale minimum viable products.
