Business Developer / FX Sales Associate

Its single platform brings together business accounts, hedging and financing, with a smooth workflow, to help companies manage cash flow and expand across borders.

You will join the Cluj team to start a sales career in international finance, selling FX and global payment products.

Each client conversation builds your sales skills and your network across international markets, and the products give you industry knowledge that can lead to management roles.

Responsibilities

• Find new business by reaching decision-makers in a range of industries.
• Research each prospect, learn what they need, and shape your pitch around international payment and FX solutions.
• Present offers, negotiate and close deals, since your results affect your pay and how fast you advance.
• Work with internal teams so new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Requirements

• Recently graduated, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Experience in B2B sales or client-facing work, or a clear wish to build it.
• FX experience is not required, since potential counts for more than your CV and training is provided.
• Fluent Romanian and strong business-level English.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and how global trade works.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the drive to meet ambitious targets.
