AWS Data Architect with P&C Domain

This senior role centers on an AWS Data Solution Architect who builds cloud-native data platforms that can scale.

You will work with business stakeholders, data engineers and leadership to set data strategy, shape target architectures and plan delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable, cloud-native data platforms on AWS.
• Guide enterprise data transformation work from planning through implementation.
• Define data strategies, target architectures and execution roadmaps with business, engineering and leadership teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders throughout delivery.

Requirements

• 14+ years in data architecture or data engineering.
• Solid background in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, covering insurance data architecture, data modeling and end-to-end data solutions.
• Proven record working as an AWS Data Solution Architect.
• Deep hands-on skill with AWS data services.
• Strong grasp of data modeling, ETL/ELT and analytics platforms.
• Track record modernizing large, complex data environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Conditions

Long-term contract.

Based in Pennsylvania, USA, with onsite work from day one.
