Associate Technical Consultant

Description

The company is the company, a content management platform used by large global organizations such as JLL, Morgan Stanley and Nationwide. Founded in 2005, it is headquartered in Redwood City, CA, with offices across the United States, Europe and Asia.

Customers rely on the platform to store and move files such as contracts, invoices, employee records, financials, product specs and marketing assets. The company is adding AI to content management, and this role puts you close to customers during that shift.

Customers with AI-driven change need more than standard cloud advice. The team wants technical partners who can turn business plans into secure, production-ready solutions, working at the point where business strategy, technical depth and applied AI meet.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, turning complex business requirements into scalable solutions, technical roadmaps and API integration strategies.
• Design, build and deploy production-grade custom integrations that extend the core platform and enable advanced AI workflows.
• Guide customers through fast rollouts of core platform features, including technical configuration and content migration.
• Run technical discovery sessions and architecture reviews with executive, business and engineering stakeholders to align strategy with delivery.
• Use modern developer AI tools and automated workflows to speed up delivery, improve code quality and produce strong consulting deliverables.
• Work with Product, go-to-market and Sales teams to represent customer needs, shape product direction and deliver a smooth end-to-end client experience.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of technical experience and at least 2 years of customer-facing work, ideally in a consulting role.
• You have at least 2 years of experience with SaaS and cloud technologies.
• You are comfortable in a dynamic setting with unclear requirements and can explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are comfortable working with one or more of Python, Java, C, Ruby or.NET.
• You understand the application development lifecycle and RESTful API design, and you have experience scripting against APIs at scale.
• You approach work with a growth mindset and use AI to make faster, smarter decisions, with the aim of greatly increasing your impact.
• You enjoy building and solving hard enterprise problems with AI and new technologies, and you keep sharpening your skills, mentoring peers and using modern AI tools.
• Preferred: familiarity with single sign-on standards such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID and Active Directory.
• Preferred: familiarity with data analysis, mapping and migration.
• Preferred: experience building, testing and deploying an application end to end.
• Preferred: some exposure to or experience with DBA and/or ETL work.
• Preferred: experience with information security.
• Preferred: familiarity with iOS and/or Android mobile platforms.
