The company's CTO and co-founder is hiring for this role. The company builds tools that let anyone create software, and its engineering team has grown quickly over the past few months in San Francisco.
The team is small, and every person works directly on the product.
The AI agent is used every day by thousands of people. The team's open problems include evals tied to a self-improving agent loop, context engineering, and post-training on design output.
Users often say the company's design output beats other tools. The team wants to widen that lead.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the eval system that drives the self-improving agent loop.
Find and extend the limits of what AI can do in design, building on a current state-of-the-art position.

Choose which problems to tackle to make the AI design agent better. The roadmap items are open problems, not fixed assignments.
