Description

The company is a global wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking firm, founded in 1889, with over 24,000 employees and more than 135 years of financial experience.

The team is building the digital front door for Application Security, so employees can find services, get trusted information, and submit complete requests.

This is a hands-on role. Prior cybersecurity or Application Security experience is not required.

The role uses approved enterprise tools such as Copilot Studio and Power Platform, and experience with comparable conversational, automation, workflow, portal, knowledge-management, or digital-experience platforms is welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Build self-service, conversational, and workflow-driven experiences that make it easier for employees to use Application Security services.
  • Create guided intake experiences that get users to provide complete, actionable information before requests reach the Application Security teams.
  • Connect knowledge sources, service platforms, documentation repositories, and enterprise systems into one coherent experience.
  • Build automation workflows that gather information, route requests, and manage approvals, cutting manual work while keeping appropriate controls in place.
  • Measure how well the digital experiences work using usage patterns, adoption metrics, unanswered questions, routing quality, and user feedback.

Requirements

  • Significant professional experience designing and delivering self-service, workflow, portal, knowledge-management, chatbot, agent, or digital-experience solutions.
  • Experience connecting information, workflows, or services across multiple systems using APIs, connectors, automation platforms, workflow technologies, JSON, or similar approaches.
  • Experience turning user needs into practical digital experiences, automation solutions, service improvements, or business-process outcomes.
  • Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in digital experiences, workflow automation, platform engineering, service management, knowledge systems, application development, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Preferred: experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, or comparable low-code automation platforms.
  • Preferred: experience building conversational assistants, agents, chatbots, retrieval experiences, or AI-enabled user experiences.
  • Preferred: experience supporting cybersecurity, Application Security, technology risk, governance, service delivery, or another enterprise support function.

Conditions

Base pay range: $108,775 to $184,965 USD. This is a good faith estimate of base pay.
