AI/ML Engineer (Expert)

Description

The company is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to support a government customer in Chantilly, VA. The position depends on contract award.

The company is a private defense and government solutions business founded in 1989 and based in Reston, Virginia. It works on advanced technology systems and mission support, including data science, software development, network engineering, ISR, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical resource for advanced AI/ML architecture, responsible AI implementation, and deploying models at enterprise scale.
• Define AI strategies and roadmaps that move work along TRL progression from research to operational deployment.

Requirements

• Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Have at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Bring deep expertise in neural networks, reinforcement learning, model interpretability, and building MLOps pipelines.
• Have experience turning data science research and analytics into enterprise-ready applications, including AI/ML and deep learning models that run on GPUs.
