Description

Why Raspberry AI

Raspberry AI is building the agentic platform transforming how fashion and retail is created and brought to market. Raspberry brings AI into the center of the process, connecting design, product development, merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, and wholesale teams in one platform.

Our customers use Raspberry to move from an idea to production-ready designs, assortments, campaigns, ecommerce imagery, and sales materials in a fraction of the time. Today, some of the world's leading fashion brands and retailers, including SKIMS, Fabletics, Under Armour, Oscar de la Renta, Walmart, rag & bone, Kate Spade, Savage x Fenty and more, are using Raspberry to rethink how their teams work.

We've raised $29M from a16z, Khosla Ventures, Greycroft, and leaders across the fashion industry.

About the Role

AI Implementation Specialists turn a signed contract into a team that actually works in Raspberry. You'll onboard new enterprise customers, train their designers, product developers, and merchandisers, and help them rebuild real workflows around generative AI, not just learn which buttons to click.

You'll sit on our Customer Enablement team, working alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You'll own a book of implementations from sales handoff through steady-state adoption, run live training on site and remote, and turn what you learn in the field into resources that let customers teach themselves.

Success is measured by time-to-value for new customers, active usage after onboarding, customer satisfaction with training, and the quality of the insight you bring back to Product.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations end to end, from sales handoff and kickoff through onboarding, training, and handoff to Customer Success.
  • Run live training, on site and remote, tailored to each team: designers, DPC and product developers, merchandisers, and marketing and ecommerce teams.
  • Map each customer's current workflow (sketch, CAD, 3D, PLM, sampling, line review) and show them where Raspberry fits and what it replaces.
  • Build workflow-specific prompting techniques, templates, and best practices that help customers get production-quality output.
  • Track adoption after onboarding, spot accounts that stall, and step in with targeted sessions before usage drops.
  • Create scalable, AI-first resources (help docs, Loom walkthroughs, workflow guides, office hours) so customers can learn without a live session.
  • Partner with Sales during late-stage deals and pilots so customers are set up for success from day one.
  • Feed structured customer insight to Product and Engineering: blockers, workflow gaps, model quality issues, and recurring feature requests.
  • Learn every Raspberry release early and stay current on the broader generative AI landscape so customers hear about what's next from you first.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in fashion, apparel, footwear, or retail, in design, technical design, product development, DPC, or creative technology.
  • Deep familiarity with fashion workflows and tools: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, CLO 3D or Browzwear, and PLM systems.
  • Experience training, onboarding, or enabling others, whether customers, internal teams, or students.
  • Hands-on with generative AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.) and able to show your own work.
  • A strong teacher who can make new technology click for a skeptical senior designer and a VP of Product in the same room.
  • Comfortable owning several customer implementations at once, with organized follow-through and clear documentation.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites for kickoffs and on-site training.
  • Customer-facing experience at a SaaS or design tech company (implementation, solutions, or customer success).
  • A portfolio or examples of AI-assisted design work.
  • Experience building training content, video walkthroughs, or certification programs.

Conditions

Be an owner: We take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. We don't wait for permission; we step up, move fast, and hold ourselves accountable to results.

Bias to solution: We go beyond identifying problems to actively unblocking ourselves and others.

Customer obsession: Everything we build starts with the customer. We listen deeply, move quickly, and obsess over delivering tools that make their work faster and more creative.

Lowest level of detail: We're not afraid to get in the weeds. Great work comes from people who notice what others miss and ask deeper questions.

1% better every day: Progress compounds. We stay curious, ask for feedback, and look for the small improvements that make tomorrow better than today.

AI first: We use AI across the entire company, from product to growth to operations, to move faster and produce higher-quality work.

Benefits

  • Innovative culture: a generational opportunity to define the role of AI in one of the world's largest industries
  • Growth paths: opportunities to drive impact well beyond your immediate role as the company scales
  • Learning & development: annual discretionary stipend for professional development
  • Annual company offsite that brings the whole team together
  • Competitive salary, quarterly performance bonus, and equity
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance
