Description

The role supports Agile delivery for a federal financial program built on a large product with many connected modules and integration layers, so you will need to understand how its parts fit together.

The work covers development, sustainment, and modernization across the product's financials, vendor self-service, performance budgeting, CCR connector, and travel manager components.

The environment is high-visibility and supports mission-critical processes, regulatory compliance, and several connected systems.

The role sits in a cleared program, and the required clearance must be active before you start.

Responsibilities

  • Run every Scrum event, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and demos, and retrospectives, with both functional and technical teams.
  • Maintain the product backlogs and work with Product Owners to refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that fit the product's financial, acquisitions, and workflow services.
  • Track and resolve dependencies between interface components built on WebLogic, webMethods, and MomAPI.
  • Clear blockers related to data conversions, integrations, canonical data mappings, and multi-tier application processing.
  • Help teams work through asynchronous and synchronous client and server behavior across the processing layers (Tuxedo, Jolt, WebLogic).
  • Work with functional subject matter experts, financial service stakeholders, and modernization teams so that business rules, financial processing logic, and acquisition workflows are correctly built into sprint results.
  • Watch progress across several concurrent initiatives, spot risks, direct corrective action, and keep the customer informed.
  • Guide teams through accreditation work such as ICD-503 and ATO, regression testing cycles, and release readiness tasks.
  • Support integration testing and automated regression with MARS, the company's automated regression suite, or Selenium/WebDriver tools that work with the product.
  • Promote continuous improvement using workflow data, structured process reviews, and technical retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Experience leading Agile teams that deliver solutions in secure, multi-system federal environments.
  • Solid understanding of the product's architecture, including financials, acquisitions, VSS, performance budgeting, CCR connector, integration frameworks, and related interfaces.
  • Hands-on use of enterprise Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence for backlog grooming, velocity tracking, sprint planning, and cross-team workflow management.
  • Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects on the product, work with senior government stakeholders, and recommend ways to reduce risk and handle modernization challenges.
  • Familiarity with enterprise project management for product implementations, enhancements, integrations, and accreditation processes.

Conditions

Full-time, regular position.

Travel of up to 10% of the time, local travel only.

Salary depends on factors such as location, federal contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant experience, specific skills, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range is $120,800 - $265,800.

The company offers flexible working arrangements, and the role is designed to let you balance quality work with your personal life.

Equal opportunity applies to all candidates.

Benefits

  • Flexible time off that you can use as you need it.
  • Access to learning resources and continuing education.
  • Healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, and family support benefits.
  • Competitive compensation and learning and development opportunities.
