Working Student IT Support

Description

The company is hiring a working student for its IT support work at the plant in Cluj, Romania.

The plant develops a range of modern products for the mobility industry and serves international customers.

You will be part of a product company, helping build end-to-end products delivered to global OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet of IT equipment.
• Install and deploy hardware and software following standard IT processes.
• Provide on-site support and investigate and resolve issues.
• Follow up on issues and requests until they are properly closed.
• Give technical help and advice.
• Work within IT service management processes.
• Log IT incidents in documentation.
• Support IT products and services.
• Help roll out IT projects.
• Work with external suppliers.
• Buy IT hardware, software and services.
• Spot potential improvements and suggest them proactively.

Requirements

• You are a student who wants to learn about IT technologies.
• You have hands-on hardware knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, multifunctional printers, tablets, smartphones, servers, monitors, phones and multimedia devices.
• You can troubleshoot Windows 7, 8 and 10 and work with the command line, file and folder security, Windows services, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office and SCCM.
• You focus strongly on serving customers.
• You speak and write good English.
