Description

The company makes a customer engagement platform that uses AI to help brands send personalized messages across channels and journeys.

The company is growing quickly around the world and wants more equity and opportunity both inside and outside the organization.

It is headquartered in New York, with offices in Austin, Berlin, Bucharest, Chicago, Dubai, Jakarta, London, Paris, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

The team expects high standards, independent action, accountability and openness to other views.

Curiosity and outside interests shared across the team add energy to the culture.

This role suits someone who enjoys hard problems, acts quickly when things change, and wants real impact alongside a sharp team.

The web marketing team runs several workstreams at once: SEO/AEO, CRO and quarterly web launches, supported by specialists and cross-functional partners.

While a team member is on planned leave, existing members cover execution for each workstream. This role covers coordination: meetings, follow-ups and cross-team communication.

This is a process and communication role. You keep several fast-moving workstreams aligned across teams, help with resourcing, and give leadership what it needs to keep the roadmap on schedule and in scope.

You keep the moving parts together so the team can stay focused on the work.

Responsibilities

  • Run the weekly SEO/AEO/CRO meeting and the web team standup, with agendas, notes and action tracking.
  • Attend internal engineering, AEO/SEO and web meetings, and log the requests and decisions that land on the web team.
  • Join agency calls and handle roadmap follow-ups and action items.
  • Write the web updates sent to cross-functional stakeholders, which the web team lead reviews before distribution. Help rank incoming work with workstream owners.
  • Keep the AEO/SEO and CRO backlogs current: close finished items, log new requests for triage, and flag when capacity runs low.
  • Chase open actions across workstreams so nothing quietly stalls.
  • Spot blockers and send them to the right owner: execution questions to the web team lead, program decisions to the program owner.
  • Send leadership a one-page status report each week so they stay informed without extra meetings.
  • Connect related items across marketing calls and flag which ones need resourcing or prioritization for the web team.
  • Keep the quarterly web launch checklist current with owners, dates and dependencies. Work with BizOps on timeline and strategy, and sometimes prepare supporting slides.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a marketing program manager or in a similar role, with exposure to web or digital marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Web or demand generation experience is a plus.
  • You run meetings tightly and productively, and keep a clear written record.
  • You write clearly, especially status updates and stakeholder summaries.
  • You work fluently in backlog and project tracking tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • You work across functions and drive follow-through without formal authority.
  • You are organized, proactive and dependable, and you spot a stall early and act before it happens.
  • You report day to day to the Sr director of digital. Your first contacts for execution questions are the web experience manager and the SEO and CRO managers.

Conditions

The role is remote and open to candidates based in the US.

Core hours are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM PT Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PT Friday.

The contract runs from September 1 to March 30, about 7 months, at 20 to 25 hours per week.

This is a direct contract.

For US-based candidates, the expected pay range at the start of employment is $30,000-$40,000 over the 6-month tenure. The final offer may vary based on factors such as market location, job knowledge, skills and experience.

As an equal opportunity employer, the company encourages applicants who do not meet 100% of the criteria to apply.

Benefits

  • Benefits differ by country, and details are shared with any offer.
  • Hybrid ways of working, with benefits meant to support balance in daily life.
  • Competitive pay that may include equity.
  • Access to retirement and employee stock purchase plans.
  • Time off that is flexible and paid.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage.
  • Fertility benefits and paid parental leave that is equal for all parents.
  • Formal career pathing, learning platforms and a yearly learning stipend.
  • An in-office experience built to support community, team bonds and new ideas.
  • An annual company-wide Volunteer Week and donation matching.
  • Employee Resource Groups for community support.
  • A collaborative, open culture recognized as a Great Place to Work.
