Description

The company is hiring a Technical Curriculum Developer for its Revenue Enablement team.

You will build technical learning for Partner Solution Engineers, Professional Services staff and other customer-facing technical roles. The work combines learning design, multimedia production and technical know-how, so learners can understand, demonstrate and deploy the company's solutions with confidence.

You will work with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional colleagues to grasp complicated product ideas and turn them into clear, practical, scalable digital courses.

Formats include technical certifications, eLearning, videos, interactive activities, assessments and job aids. Your output will directly raise technical readiness and customer results.

The company builds service software for employee and customer experience, with an AI-first approach aimed at reducing complexity and cost-to-serve. It serves close to 75,000 companies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build technical learning in many formats, including eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids and learning paths for partners, solution engineers, professional services and other technical audiences.
  • Produce professional multimedia content mixing text, video, audio, animation and interactivity, using tools such as Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise.
  • Work with solution engineering, professional services, product, product marketing and technical SMEs to convert hard technical topics into clear, usable lessons.
  • Determine learning needs, then set course scope, objectives, structure and assessments based on what learners and stakeholders require.
  • Work with SMEs to pick the core concepts learners must master, keeping each course focused, practical and sized right.
  • Create and maintain technical certifications and readiness programs that equip learners to understand, demonstrate and deploy the company's solutions.
  • Track effectiveness through assessment results, learner feedback and business outcomes, and refine content based on what those show.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years designing technical curriculum, digital learning or enablement programs in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven record producing polished multimedia learning, including eLearning, video, audio and interactive content.
  • Strong learning design skills: defining scope, writing objectives, structuring content and building assessments that measure progress.
  • Experience creating learning for technical customer-facing teams such as solution engineering, professional services, partner enablement, customer education or customer success.
  • Solid grounding in computer science, SaaS, enterprise software or related fields, enough to understand technical concepts and explain them concisely.
  • Hands-on experience building eLearning in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) or a comparable authoring tool.
  • Strong technical writing, communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work well with technical SMEs and separate essential content from information that can wait.
  • Experience designing technical certifications or assessments is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-powered learning or content tools is a plus.
