What You Can Expect

As a Technical Account Engineer, you serve as the primary technical point of contact for the company's most strategic enterprise customers, owning integration challenges from first report through resolution across our full suite of Video, Native, Mobile, and CoBrowse SDKs. Working closely with SDK engineering, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers, you diagnose complex technical problems, lead customer troubleshooting sessions, and translate real-world pain into documented solutions that enterprise developers worldwide rely on. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical depth and customer impact, offering the chance to shape how some of the world's most demanding engineering teams experience the company's developer platform.

We work in close collaboration with iOS, Web, and CoBrowse engineering alongside Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers to deliver end-to-end issue ownership and resolution. Our mission is straightforward: keep the company's most strategic customers running and make their developers' experience with our platform as smooth as possible.
