Description

Stuut is transforming how B2B companies turn revenue into cash. Businesses worldwide have trillions tied up in receivables, yet the work between order and payment still relies on fragmented systems and labor-intensive manual processes. Stuut’s AI agent works across order management, credit, collections, payments, cash application, disputes and deductions, carrying context through every step. Customers reduce DSO by 47%, collect 40% more cash and eliminate 70% of manual work without replacing their ERP.

Stuut is already trusted by finance teams at companies including Honeywell, NCR and ZoomInfo, from Fortune 10 enterprises to scaling mid-market businesses. We are backed by a16z, Khosla Ventures, Activant, 1984 Ventures, Page One and Microsoft.

Responsibilities

  • We’re hiring the first Product Manager to build and execute towards our vision to get customers paid faster and transform the financial space for B2B companies. This role will report directly to the Head of Product & Design and is an exciting opportunity to do high-impact, hands-on work while also contributing meaningfully to strategy and clarity of vision.
  • We’re looking for someone who has strong experience building products, either as an engineer or designer , who has since graduated to a product role. An ability to spec ideas, clarify product fidelity, and settle debates using working prototypes. This person will thrive if they have a real hands-on ability to build alongside the rest of Product & Engineering, instead of just directing and facilitating.
  • Translate Stuut’s vision for AR into shipped product outcomes that are customer and market evidenced.
  • Be customer-obsessed: synthesize their needs, track and evaluate competitor positioning, and transform these insights into rapidly testable hypotheses.
  • Build fast, low-fidelity prototypes to resolve product debates and settle on decisions in days, not weeks. Bring ideas directly in front of customers to pressure-test direction before committing engineering time.
  • Partner and embed deeply with engineering and design, holding the pen as we execute on projects and steering them towards customer and business goals.
  • Set the operational foundations for growth by instituting foundational product frameworks, roadmaps, and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of PM experience with an equal amount of time spent in an IC execution role, either in engineering or design.
  • Instincts that default to building and moving quickly, showing rather than telling.
  • Experience facilitating customer discovery, synthesizing competitive intelligence, and acting on it.
  • Experience operating inside a fast-growing organization and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Experience (or strong interest) in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial data — understanding AR/AP workflows is a big plus.
