Description

Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Money and Banking team’s mission is to design and scale the next generation of financial products that help our customers manage and grow their daily funds. We build products like the Gold card and our core banking features to help transition customers from standard brokerage services to comprehensive, primary banking accounts. Our team focus lies in increasing customer retention and profitability through strategic product initiatives such as early wage access and enhanced cash deposit options. We work alongside engineering, design, legal, and compliance teams to deliver highly secure, regulated financial services that our customers trust. We are dedicated to building a seamless, high-value consumer banking platform that serves millions of users!

Robinhood's Money team is building the next generation of banking and spending products for all Americans. Our team members drive never-before-seen products and features from concept to launch to hyperscale. As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our core banking product and the broader platform that powers it. You'll help define the systems, capabilities, and product foundations that enable new banking experiences, while partnering cross-functionally to bring products from concept through launch and scale.

As Staff Product Manager, Money, you will guide the development of our consumer-facing banking experience from the early stages to massive scale. You will define the roadmap for our product-led growth initiatives, focusing on increasing core metrics like funded account creation and direct deposit enrollment. In this position, you will lead the execution of key consumer features that help reduce user churn and improve funding rates. You will partner closely with engineering leads, finance partners, and compliance experts to launch secure, highly compliant features. This is a rare opportunity to own a critical part of the Robinhood banking roadmap and build zero-to-one consumer products!
