We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Architect to design and implement a connected ecosystem of platforms that drive hyper-personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes for our clients. As an Adobe Workfront Architect, you will lead new and existing implementation engagements with a focus on designing and implementing Content Supply Chain solutions for global brands. This position is ideal for someone with an aptitude for learning new platforms, contributing to new solution designs, and delivering results as a key member of a larger engagement team.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Implementation: design and deliver Adobe Workfront to streamline content supply chain processes, including Generative AI enablement of content creation to help clients achieve their business objectives and goals
  • Consulting Leadership: partner with client teams (marketing, creative, IT) to assess needs, recommend Workfront customizations, and deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals
  • Content Supply Chain Optimization: leverage Workfront to improve content lifecycle management—tracking assets from ideation to publication, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery across platforms. Leverage automation and GenAI to improve speed, scalability, and ROI
  • Integration Management: integrate Workfront with DAM systems (e.g., AEM Assets), creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and GenAI ( e.g., Firefly, GenStudio) to create a cohesive content ecosystem
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: build relationships and act as a trusted advisor, translating technical capabilities into business value for executives, project managers, and creative professionals
  • Documentation: create, deliver, and maintain detailed technical design documentation, including requirements mapping, technical process flows and visualizations, and Adobe Workfront best practices.
  • Digital Transformation: provide best practices for business workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Adobe Workfront design and implementation experience, or same experience in the design and implementation of workflow management and automation tools and/or systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities
  • Experience with system integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs preferred
  • Experienced in leading technical project teams
  • Experienced in guiding clients in content supply chain journeys and delivering technology-led transformation aiming to enhance each customer’s digital experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly narratives for stakeholders
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and able to prioritize personal workload
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for driving innovation and impact
  • Track record of doing things that haven’t been done before and thriving in ambiguity
  • Certifications: Adobe Certified Professional / Expert - Adobe Workfront Core Developer is highly desirable
  • Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel
