The company runs a platform for enterprise AI that helps organizations analyze, design and operate processes driven by AI.
The platform is built on a context model that combines process data, business knowledge and intelligence into a digital twin of a business, so AI systems can see how work really runs.
Large companies worldwide, along with a global partner ecosystem, use the platform to connect their AI agents, people, systems and processes.
The company is headquartered in Munich, Germany and New York City, USA, with more than 20 offices worldwide.
Candidates are asked to watch a short video introducing the platform.
The company's values are Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It and Earth Is Our Future.
Responsibilities
Make sure customer data reaches the platform reliably, securely and at scale, and that insights and actions flow back into the systems and AI tools where people work.
Join the customer programs team as one of the first technical contacts for customers, working hands-on with the full integration toolkit and acting as implementation consultant, integration engineer and technical advisor.
Install, configure and troubleshoot out-of-the-box extractors in customer environments, including SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), JDBC databases and cloud applications such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
Design and build custom connectors with the Extractor Builder for REST and SOAP sources, handling OAuth 2.0, API keys and certificates, pagination, rate limits and incremental (delta) loads.
Help customers design and develop scripts and pipelines, usually in Python, that push data through the Data Ingestion API, and advise on file formats, scheduling and error handling.
Set up zero-copy data sharing with customer lakehouses such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, including Delta Sharing, access controls and data freshness.
Configure Action Flows and other integrations that write back to customer systems, such as updating records in SAP, Salesforce or ticketing tools.
Help customers connect the platform to their LLMs and AI agents through MCP, covering authentication, permissions and governance.
Configure SSO (SAML, OIDC) with identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Ping, and set up SCIM user and group provisioning.
Support customer security, privacy and compliance reviews, explain the architecture and data flows, and advise on data minimization, pseudonymization and least-privilege access.
Run technical discovery, document integration architectures and requirements, and estimate effort so projects start on firm ground.
Escalate product gaps and bugs with clear, reproducible detail, and pass field feedback to the integration roadmap.
Build reusable connector templates, scripts, runbooks and best-practice documentation that work across customers and partners.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, integration or implementation consulting, data engineering or technical consulting.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and common authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0, API keys and tokens, and comfort testing APIs with tools like Postman.
Solid Python skills (or a similar language) and strong SQL.
Working knowledge of data pipelines and ETL/ELT, including incremental loads, scheduling and large data volumes.
Familiarity with SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning.
A basic understanding of networking and security, including TLS and certificates, proxies, firewalls and VPNs.
The ability to explain technical topics to engineers and business stakeholders, and to manage your own workstreams across several customer projects.
Curiosity, ownership and a habit of solving problems hands-on.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with SAP data structures, tables or extraction, such as RFC, ODP or S/4HANA.
Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or a lakehouse platform such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.
Exposure to iPaaS or low-code integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato or Power Automate.
Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents or MCP.
Experience with Docker or Linux server administration.
Relevant certifications, such as the company, cloud or SAP certifications.
