The company runs a platform that helps enterprises put AI to work on their business processes. Its Context Model combines process data, business knowledge and intelligence into a digital twin of the enterprise that AI systems can read, which turns AI's operational blind spots into clarity.
Customers include leading global companies and partners worldwide, who use the platform to get their AI agents, people, systems and processes working together.
The company is headquartered in Munich, Germany and New York City, USA, with more than 20 offices worldwide.

Responsibilities
Get customer data into the platform reliably, securely and at scale, and make sure insights and actions flow back into the systems and AI tools where work happens.
Join the customer programs team as one of the first technical contacts for customers. You combine implementation consulting, integration engineering and technical advice, and get broad exposure to enterprise architecture and modern data and AI integration.
Install, configure and troubleshoot out-of-the-box extractors in customer landscapes, including SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), JDBC databases and cloud applications such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
Design and build custom connectors with Extractor Builder for REST or SOAP sources, handling OAuth 2.0, API keys, certificates, pagination, rate limits and delta loads.
Help customers design and develop scripts and pipelines, typically in Python, that push data through the Data Ingestion API, and advise on file formats, scheduling and error handling.
Set up zero-copy data sharing with lakehouses such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, including Delta Sharing, access controls and data freshness.
Configure Action Flows and other patterns that write back to customer systems such as SAP, Salesforce or ticketing tools.
Connect customers' LLMs and AI agents to the platform through MCP, covering authentication, permissions and governance.
Configure SSO (SAML, OIDC) with identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Ping, and set up SCIM user and group provisioning.
Support customer security, privacy and compliance reviews, explain the architecture and data flows, and advise on data minimization, pseudonymization and least-privilege access.
Run technical discovery, document integration architectures and requirements, and estimate effort.
Escalate product gaps and bugs with clear, reproducible detail, and feed field input into the integration roadmap.
Build reusable connector templates, scripts, runbooks and best-practice documentation for customers and partners.
Requirements
2-5 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, integration or implementation consulting, data engineering or technical consulting.
Hands-on work with REST APIs and common authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, API keys, tokens), and comfort testing APIs with tools like Postman.
Solid programming skills in Python or a similar language, and strong SQL.
Working knowledge of data pipelines and ETL/ELT, including incremental loads, scheduling and large data volumes.
Familiarity with SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning.
Basic grasp of networking and security, including TLS and certificates, proxies, firewalls and VPNs.
Ability to explain technical topics to engineers and business stakeholders, and to manage your own work across several customer projects.
Curiosity, ownership and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with SAP data structures, tables or extraction, for example RFC, ODP or S/4HANA.
Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or a lakehouse platform such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.
Exposure to iPaaS or low-code integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato or Power Automate.
Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents or MCP.
Experience with Docker or Linux server administration.
Relevant certifications, for example platform, cloud or SAP certifications.
