Description

You are early in a technical support career and ready to work directly with customers in a structured, product-focused setting.

You will join the Technical Support team for Extended Warehouse Management in Budapest, giving expert help to customers and partners around the world.

EWM is a core supply chain solution used by organisations globally, so your work has direct, visible effect.

The team is building AI into everyday workflows and wants someone curious and adaptable who can help shape how that develops.

The company has over 50 years of history in enterprise applications and business AI, spanning finance, procurement, HR, supply chain and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Look into issues customers report in SAP EWM and work toward a fix, with guidance from experienced colleagues.
  • Talk with customers and partners in English, through written updates and calls, and keep expectations clear throughout.
  • Write up solutions for shared knowledge bases and self-service channels.
  • Spot recurring problems and raise them so support keeps improving.
  • Pass patterns you see in customer issues on to product development teams as feedback.
  • Build your SAP EWM skills over time with structured team support.

Requirements

  • Experience in helpdesk, service desk or similar customer-facing work, where communication and issue resolution were central.
  • A methodical approach to troubleshooting and root cause analysis, with findings documented clearly.
  • Strong communication, a collaborative attitude, creative thinking and the ability to learn quickly as the role changes.
  • Fluent English, which is required.
  • A practical, open attitude to AI: you work with AI-assisted tools and take responsibility for the quality of what they produce.
  • Bonus: some exposure to SAP EWM or another ERP system, and curiosity about business processes.

Conditions

Based in Budapest.

Successful candidates may be required to pass a background verification carried out by an external vendor.

The company is committed to equal employment opportunity.

Only permanent roles are eligible for the employee referral program.

Use of AI in the recruitment process must follow the company's ethical AI guidelines, and violations may lead to disqualification.
