Solution Architect III

Description

Design the solution architecture end-to-end, follow enterprise architecture guidelines, work primarily within projects/products. Lead on project blueprints and design specifications.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Data Cloud

Concept of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

Campaign Management Platforms

Digital Channels Integration

Digital Asset Management System

Consent & Preference Management

Marketing Analytics Platforms

AI/GenAI-enabled Marketing Capabilities

Data & Integration Architecture

Design integrations between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.

Define API-first and event-driven architecture patterns.

Establish data-sharing strategies across platforms.

Support real-time, near real-time, and batch integration patterns.

Design customer data synchronization approaches across channels and platforms.

Ensure data lineage, governance, and quality requirements are incorporated into solution designs.

AI & Emerging Technology Enablement

Assess AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI opportunities within marketing use cases.

Architect AI-powered customer engagement and personalization solutions.

Support integration of enterprise-approved LLM platforms into marketing workflows.

Evaluate vendor capabilities and emerging technologies for strategic fit.

Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and enterprise governance standards.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate

Graduate degree, preferred

7+ years relevant experience
