Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fullstack applications with Java and Angular.
• Create RESTful APIs and backend services in Java.
• Develop responsive, interactive user interfaces in Angular.
• Produce clean, efficient code with good documentation, following accepted development practices.
• Review code and work with teammates to keep quality and consistency high.
• Find, debug and fix technical problems promptly.
• Help shape the design and architecture of scalable software solutions.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven skill with Java and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Good grasp of building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience building and scaling applications on AWS, with a focus on microservices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Careful attention to detail and good organisation.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Preferred: knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Jasmine.
• Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
