The company is hiring a software developer to support a government customer in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and build of complex software, keeping code clean and efficient.
- Coach junior developers.
- Run architectural reviews.
- Bring COTS, GOTS and open-source components into the systems you build.
- Push ongoing improvements to how the team develops software.
Requirements
- Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bring at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Understand the sponsor's technical environment.
- Have worked across the full software engineering lifecycle.
- Have taken capabilities from development through testing into production.
Conditions
