Description

The company is hiring a senior UX researcher to shape strategically important products within Core Pillars. The first focus is Agent Console, a new product area that helps teams understand and improve AI agents across performance, usage, cost, reliability and business value. Priorities may shift, and the role could later cover other Core Pillars product areas.

You will build a baseline understanding of users while also informing product and design choices made right now. This is an individual contributor role with high autonomy, suited to someone who works well in technically complex, fast-changing settings and wants to build a lasting research practice rather than work through a backlog of studies.

The company is a hybrid workplace. It values in-person office time for relationships, collaboration and creative exchange, and gives people flexibility to balance work and life in the way that suits them.

Responsibilities

  • Create and run an ongoing research program for Core Pillars, starting with Agent Console and covering foundational discovery, product evaluation and learning after launch.
  • Work with Product, Design and Engineering to pick the decisions that matter most, then run focused mixed-methods studies that combine qualitative and quantitative evidence.
  • Learn enough about AI agents, intricate technical workflows and enterprise users to ask sharp questions and hold credible conversations with customers and partners.
  • Turn evidence into a clear point of view, shape product strategy and design with it, and stay engaged through build and measurement.
  • Improve how research gets done: use AI-assisted methods, link qualitative findings to behavioral data, create reusable knowledge, and help partners run focused studies of their own.

Requirements

  • You can take a substantial research portfolio from identifying opportunities through execution, decisions and follow-up.
  • You have strong qualitative research skills and are comfortable working with product telemetry, surveys and other quantitative data.
  • You tie research to product choices and business results, and you track long enough to see whether the intended outcomes happened.
  • You use AI carefully in your practice and can show how it has made your work faster, broader, better or more impactful.
  • You pick up complex technical subjects quickly and run effective research with enterprise and technical users.
  • You communicate clearly, build trust with partners, and persuade stakeholders with practical, evidence-based reasoning.
  • Experience researching AI products, developer tools, observability, infrastructure or other complex B2B software is a strong plus.
  • The company hires people from varied backgrounds and does not expect everyone to meet every requirement on day one. If you care about technology and want to grow, you are encouraged to apply.

Conditions

The role is hybrid.

The company's equal-opportunity commitment applies to all candidates.

Benefits

  • Product training to build a deep understanding of the product and its market.
  • Career development and paths to move internally.
  • A department mentor and buddy program for internal networking.
  • An inclusive culture and the option to join Community Guilds.
  • New hire RSUs and an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).
  • A free global mental health benefit through Spring Health.
  • Broad global benefits, which may vary by country and employment type.
  • Competitive salary and equity, with possible variable pay. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications and experience.
  • Healthcare, dental, parental planning and mental health coverage, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, fitness reimbursement and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
  • Estimated base salary for this role: $161,600 - $202,000 USD.
