  • Mentor teammates and encourage good testing practices, strategies and tools.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in software testing, quality assurance and test automation, with a solid grasp of quality engineering principles.
  • At least 3+ years hands-on, automating web application tests with Playwright and C, including designing, building and maintaining scalable frameworks.
  • Experience leading QA teams in Agile settings, setting test strategy, expanding automation coverage and supporting reliable releases.
  • Strong API testing and automation with SOAP and RESTful services, covering functional, integration and end-to-end testing.
  • Extensive work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data validation and backend testing.
  • Hands-on experience building and using AI-powered tools and intelligent agents for test automation, test case generation, defect identification and testing workflows.
  • Experience fitting AI-driven testing and agentic automation into existing QA frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A solid understanding of internet technologies.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field, or at least 7 years of industry experience.
  • Helps you thrive: curiosity about how software works and the drive to find problems, trace their causes and prevent repeats.
  • Helps you thrive: initiative to dig into specifications, spot missing details and work with teammates to fill the gaps.
  • Helps you thrive: the ability to explain testing approaches clearly, influence technical decisions and help others build their skills.
