Description

The company is a customer engagement platform that helps brands send personalised, cross-channel messages and run journeys, with AI-driven decisioning built in.

The company is growing fast on a global scale and works to widen equity and opportunity inside and outside the organisation.

Solutions Operations is the internal capability layer for the Solutions Consulting organisation. The team builds the tooling, systems and telemetry that help the field act faster and reuse what already works in other regions.

The team is small, direct and driven, and values autonomy, accountability and openness to new ideas.

The role is based in EMEA on purpose, so you will see how regions differ and turn those lessons into reusable work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the shared systems the field uses: demo automation, agent and MCP skill packages, workflow plugins, and a searchable asset library, built once centrally and reused.
  • Turn field feedback into a prioritised build backlog, define what the SolCon org needs to measure, set up its collection, and attach a named metric to each item.
  • Produce analysis that explains what happened, why, and what changed, and own a recurring readout to SolCon and sales leadership across regions.
  • Compare what regional teams already measure and surface patterns they miss, without dictating their metrics.
  • Talk with SolCons, AEs and regional leaders to find qualitative friction in deals and internal processes, and map how each specialist function supports the deal cycle.
  • Decide when a one-off bespoke build is the right call, take on those high-leverage requests, and know when to say no.
  • Drive adoption of what the team builds through project posts, sprint showcases, and making reusable assets easy to find when needed.
  • Act as the connecting layer between Field Architecture, POC Program Delivery, Security & Privacy, Tech Partnerships and RFP Management.

Requirements

  • Experience in an operations, go-to-market engineering, solutions engineering or technical programme management role in B2B SaaS, with ownership of a system or programme rather than only a ticket queue.
  • Able to script and build light applications in Python, JavaScript/Node, with APIs and SDKs, and fluent in AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, agent frameworks and MCP. A computer science degree is not required.
  • Comfortable in Salesforce, Looker or similar BI tools, and a warehouse such as Snowflake or similar. You can build your own dashboards and stand behind their numbers.
  • Understand how go-to-market teams work, including sales cycles, presales motions, and what makes a technical evaluation succeed or stall.
  • Able to build to a set of requirements and to write requirements yourself when none are provided.
  • Self-directed: you find where the leverage is and go there without waiting to be asked.
  • A strong communicator who can lead a discussion with regional leaders and run a working session with engineers.
  • Curious about martech, AI tooling, and how technical evaluation changes as demos give way to POCs and agent-driven connectivity.
  • This is an operations role with real technical depth. Rather than building demo tooling, you build business systems and use data from across the global SolCon org to decide what is worth building.

Conditions

Based in EMEA.

Hybrid working.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants who meet less than 100% of the criteria to apply; AI tools help with screening and scheduling, screening may amount to solely automated decision-making, and recruiters make all hiring decisions.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay that may include equity.
  • Retirement plans and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability cover.
  • Family services including fertility benefits and equal paid parental leave.
  • Professional development with formal career pathing, learning platforms and a yearly learning stipend.
  • An in-office experience designed to build community and team connections.
  • Volunteering: an annual company-wide Volunteer Week and donation matching.
  • Employee Resource Groups.
  • Benefits vary by location; country-specific details are given on the offer.
