Responsibilities

• We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You’ll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack.

• Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code.
• Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback.
• Learn and promote best engineering practices.
• Document software functionality, system design, and project plans.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Extensive software engineering experience
• Track record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery
• Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action
• Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems
• Excel at written and verbal communication
• Experience with financial services or wealth management operations
• Experience with object-oriented programming
• Experience with AWS or another cloud platform
• Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably Terraform
• Experience with gen AI for coding
