Senior Research Scientist for Generative AI

Description

The company is hiring a Senior Research Scientist to work on generative AI.

You will do original research on generative AI for image, video, 3D and audio generation.

You will work alongside a team of researchers who want to have a real impact with generative models.

You will build research prototypes, then scale them up using large datasets and compute.

Once a prototype shows promise, you will help product teams fold your ideas into their products.

Responsibilities

• Carry out original research in generative AI.
• Implement and train large-scale generative models for content creation.
• Work with fellow researchers, a range of internal product teams and outside researchers.
• Move the technology you develop into relevant product groups so it can have wider impact.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant research experience.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Python or C++ programming skills.
• Solid knowledge of common deep learning frameworks.
• Experience processing or curating large-scale datasets.
• Deep understanding of the theory and practice of deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing or computer graphics.
• A record of research excellence or significant product development.

Conditions

Base salary depends on location, experience and other objective job-related factors.

Level 4 base salary range: 192,000 USD to 304,750 USD.

Level 5 base salary range: 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD.
