Description

The company is hiring for its Access group, a team that values progress and wants to keep growing.

The company's culture centres on working well, living well and being yourself. This shapes how it gives customers more freedom to focus on what matters to them.

The office approach is blended, so you can collaborate in person at one of the company's offices or work in a mixed way.

The company invests in staff development. It will help you build a success plan and offers chances to move your career forward faster.

Alongside a competitive salary, you get 25 days of leave a year, including wellbeing days, plus a health contribution. You can also pick from a selection of benefits. Three charity days are provided so you can support a cause you care about.

The company has over 9,300 staff and is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers. It serves more than 160,000 small and mid-sized organisations across Europe, the USA and APAC in commercial and non-profit sectors, using cloud products and integrated AI.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product vision, roadmap and commercial results for the CRM product, focusing on customer value, revenue and retention, and help shape the wider CRM strategy across the charity product suite.
  • Use AI and data to find and test opportunities through research, analysis, prototypes and early concepts, then build the strongest ideas into features that help charities understand and engage their supporters.
  • Work with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to align teams on clear priorities, and turn complex AI and data opportunities into simple customer and business value.
  • Stay close to customers and the market using research, product data and industry trends to understand fundraising teams, spot strategic opportunities and prioritise the work with the biggest impact.
  • Your skills and experience might also include the following.

Requirements

  • Experience working with fundraising or CRM products, ideally with knowledge of the UK charity sector and topics such as GDPR, consent, Gift Aid, regular giving and supporter data.
  • Experience bringing AI-enabled capabilities to market, such as predictive insights, intelligent automation or other practical AI applications.
  • Experience with connected products and data, including data integrations, unified customer or supporter views, or wider product portfolio strategy.
  • Experience in a scale-up or smaller business, where you have owned a product broadly and balanced strategy with hands-on delivery.
  • You are an experienced product manager comfortable owning a B2B SaaS product from strategy and roadmap through to commercial results. You pair strong product thinking with a practical approach to AI and data to understand customers, test ideas and make better decisions.
  • You think commercially and can show how your product decisions improved revenue, customer retention or pricing. You are also confident working with engineering teams and turning complex technical ideas into clear value for customers and the business.
  • At Senior level you will take greater responsibility for shaping the CRM strategy across the charity product suite. At Product Manager level your main focus will be owning the CRM product and contributing to the wider strategy.
