Sign Up to ReadAmenitiz's product surface is expanding faster than ever: new capabilities, new product lines, new AI-powered experiences. But value created is only half the story. Value realized is what grows hotels and grows us.
You'll own that second half. You'll make sure every release gets adopted, every feature becomes a habit, and every launch has measurable customer impact. Just as important, you'll make adoption visible, so when a launch stalls, we know exactly where and why.
This is not a demand generation or lead acquisition role: no MQLs, no pipeline, no paid campaigns, no brand work. It's also not a launch comms role. If your instinct when adoption is low is to send a better email, this isn't your role. If it's to open the funnel, find where users drop off, and fix what's in their way, it very much is.
You'll be the senior voice on product adoption at Amenitiz, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and sitting inside the Product organization. We're an AI-first company and expect you to work like one: you scale through automation, and headcount comes later. Agents, workflows, and automated pipelines are your team members too.
Your missions
Define adoption before we ship . Work with Product and Engineering to set the activation event, the tracking plan and the readiness criteria for every Tier 1 launch. Nothing ships without us knowing what "adopted" means and how we'll see it.
Diagnose where adoption breaks . When a launch stalls, dig into the funnel yourself in Amplitude or SQL, find the drop-off, and work out why. Then fix the real blocker, whether that's the product path, where a feature lives, or the workflow around it. Don't default to another round of comms.
Own adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches . Set targets with Product leadership and answer for them. Shape positioning, the first-touch experience and activation flows so hoteliers reach value fast.
Build, don't just brief . When you spot friction, prototype the fix: a reworked onboarding flow, an in-app guide, an automated nudge, or a better internal tool.
Automate everything below Tier 1 . Build release communication pipelines with n8n, Claude and scheduled agent workflows that turn shipped features into customer-facing comms with minimal human touch.
Understand complex features without a chaperone . Read the spec, ask Engineering the right questions, and explain complicated capabilities in language a busy hotelier gets in thirty seconds.
Enable customer-facing teams . Give Sales, Care, Onboarding, Account Management and Marketing short Launch Briefs: what shipped, why it matters, what to say, and what to watch for.
How we'll measure success
You'll own a small set of numbers and be accountable for them:
Activation rate per Tier 1 launch, against the target agreed before shipping
Time to activation: how quickly customers reach first real value
Drop-off by funnel step, tracked and visible for every Tier 1 launch
Feature adoption rate over time, not just at launch
Care contact rate per release, with the goal of launches that land without Care spikes
In your first months, success also means building the visibility we lack today: clear activation definitions and tracking in place for our key launches.
