Description

About the company

At the company, our mission is simple: to change the way people eat, forever. We are a global digital-native FMCG company and the world's leading meal kit provider. The the company Group includes eight brands serving customers across multiple meal occasions: the company, Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor, YouFoodz, Good Chop, and The Pets Table. Through technology, data, and culinary innovation, we deliver personalized food experiences to millions of households worldwide.

About the role: What's in the Box

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our global Consumer Experience team, working in either Growth or Consumer . This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role in an AI-native design environment. You'll own a problem space, influence what we build and why, and raise the standard of the designers around you.

Your focus area is confirmed during the process:

Growth: acquisition, conversion, checkout, payment, reactivation, and new purchase models.

Consumer: onboarding, subscription management, loyalty and rewards, referrals, discovery, cooking, and engagement.

At HelloTech, flexibility and cross-functional collaboration are core to how we work. While this role is aligned to a specific Alliance, strong candidates may also be considered for opportunities across different teams or projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own critical customer journeys end to end, from problem framing to a shipped, measured outcome.
  • Turn complex customer and business problems into simple experiences that communicate value clearly, reduce friction and build trust.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, CRM, and other UX practitioners to shape product direction, balancing near-term impact with long-term customer trust and value.
  • Build reusable patterns that hold across meal kits and ready-to-heat.
  • Use AI throughout your practice, from synthesis and discovery to rapid prototyping and design-to-code, with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Gemini, and Figma Make, and explore AI-native customer experiences.
  • Build alignment through evidence and clear rationale and raise the bar on your squad through critique and shared practice.
  • What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
  • Typically 4–6+ years of product design experience, though we care more about the scope, complexity, and impact of your work than years alone.
  • End-to-end ownership of complex experiences, ideally in e-commerce, subscription, marketplace, or loyalty, with outcomes: what moved, by how much, and what you did when a result came back wrong.
  • Exceptional interface craft: interaction and visual design, information architecture, motion, and micro-interactions. Your portfolio shows judgment (what you decided and why), not just polish.
  • Experimentation fluency: you turn data and customer insight into design bets without trading away trust and customer value.
  • AI in your daily workflow. You give it the context and intent it needs, and you audit what comes back. Curiosity and appetite for working in code and AI-native tools.
  • Ownership: when the copy is wrong you fix it, and nothing falls between job descriptions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and clear communication across Product, Engineering, Data, and your fellow UX practitioners.
  • Don't meet every requirement? Apply anyway. If you meet most of these requirements and are excited about the role, we'd love to hear from you. Above all, we want people who will make the company better.
