Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree and typically 5 to 8 years of related experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills to build models, test business scenarios and turn data into recommendations.
  • Experience in analytics, finance, operations, consulting, pricing or a similar business environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Jira, Asana or similar systems, and the ability to pick up new tools and processes quickly.
  • Proactive and curious, with an interest in the wider business context behind your work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities and changing business needs.
  • The ability to analyze complex problems, find practical solutions and move initiatives forward largely on your own.
  • Strong attention to detail alongside an understanding of how your work affects business outcomes.
  • Trusted relationships across functions and regions, and clear communication with both technical and business audiences.
