Description

Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing . Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.

Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.

Team

Embedded directly within our PPC team, this role drives customer acquisition across key online channels including SEA, Display, App campaigns, and Native Ads. Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing high-impact marketing campaigns across all our international markets, covering various languages and products. From inception to execution, you will be responsible for delivering and scaling performance marketing campaigns to drive growth and maximize conversion rates.

That means:

Lead, plan, and execute compelling performance marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates and enhance brand awareness in alignment with our targets.

Drive performance marketing channels to effectively support the complete consumer funnel, ensuring efficient CPA within allocated budgets. Still you are always welcome to identify opportunities to scale further, challenging the status quo and budget restrictions.

Leverage AI to further automate and optimise campaign management, embracing new opportunities coming up.

Develop strategies for existing channels and explore new opportunities for media testing to optimise lead quality.

Collaborate with Marketing leaders to oversee media planning, asset development, implementation, measurement, and reporting for Performance Marketing efforts.

Confidently present campaign strategies, results, and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the business, up to executive leadership.
