Senior AI Engineer with German / SO

Description

You will join the client's AI enablement programme to design and build AI agents, prompt-based solutions and automated workflows.

The first use cases centre on customer service and payment processes.

The role suits a consultant who combines solid data science skills with hands-on AI engineering and getting systems into production.

Its four areas are consulting, infrastructure and application management, implementation of partner software from Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow, and custom software development.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions based on AI agents and workflows.
• Write and refine prompts, along with the logic that orchestrates them.
• Use Azure Databricks as the main data and AI platform.
• Deliver AI use cases for customer service and payments.
• Assess how reliable, high-quality and business-appropriate each solution is.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support implementation, testing and readiness for production.

Requirements

• Senior experience in data science or AI engineering.
• Strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
• Experience building GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with agents, prompts and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to turn business use cases into working technical solutions.
• Language skills in German, English and Polish.
• Background in customer-service automation.
• Background in payments or financial services.
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI solutions in production.
• Knowledge of evaluation, guardrails and AI governance.
