Security Cross functional Success Architect

Description

This is a strategic advisor role that helps enterprise customers get more value from their company platform investment. It calls for deep technical knowledge of the platform and its product range, plus consulting skills to help organizations optimize and mature their solutions.

The Product Excellence (PEx) team applies deep product knowledge to solve customers' implementation and adoption problems. The team works with product and cross-functional groups, passing customer insights along to support innovation, scale and product improvements.

Title: Security Cross-Functional Success Architect for Armis, within the Security & Risk Products group.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements across Armis and the company's security products to help enterprise customers adopt them faster, improve their implementations and reach measurable business results.
• Work with product management, engineering, sales, professional services and customer success teams to solve complex technical problems.
• Advise on architecture for Armis integrations with SecOps, CMDB, ITOM, Vulnerability Response and OT Security, aiming for unified asset visibility and risk management.
• Act as a trusted technical adviser on strategic accounts by spotting implementation risks early, managing escalations and strengthening security posture and operational resilience.
• Build reusable accelerators, technical playbooks, health checks and enablement content that raise implementation quality and scale adoption across the security portfolio.
• Provide platform architecture and best-practice guidance across several product lines, including Security Products and Integrated Risk Management.
• Review customer implementations for performance, scalability, data quality and upgrade readiness, and recommend improvements.
• Mentor technical staff and influence stakeholders on platform capabilities and optimization strategies.
• Run discovery sessions and build solution roadmaps tied to customer business goals.
• Feed customer insights back to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and product improvements.

Requirements

• Required: at least 8 years of hands-on work with the company platform, with deep expertise in two or more product areas.
• Required: a record of designing and delivering large-scale solutions on the platform.
• Required: enterprise architecture background covering authentication and identity, data modeling, REST/SOAP integrations and security protocols.
• Required: professional services or consulting experience, with a clear ability to shape technical strategy.
• Required: deep knowledge of several product lines and how they share data and workflows.
• Required: solid grasp of the CMDB, the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and data governance.
• Required: advanced skills in configuration, JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server architecture.
• Required: ability to diagnose performance problems in integration throughput, scheduled jobs and database behavior.
• Required: understanding of enterprise workflows, governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Required: Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Required: Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Required: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least two product areas.
• Preferred: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• Preferred: experience with Now Assist and generative AI capabilities on the platform.
• Preferred: experience with Azure AI, AWS SageMaker or Google Vertex AI, and understanding of AI model lifecycle management.
• Preferred: experience with upgrade management and release compatibility testing.
• Preferred: prior experience supporting NPI launches or beta programs for enterprise software.
• Explain technical concepts in terms of business value to both executive and technical audiences.
• Mentor others and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Take a strategic, customer-focused approach to solution design.
• Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders well.

Conditions

For positions in this location, base pay is $171,900 - $300,800, plus equity where applicable, variable or incentive compensation and benefits.

Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure.

The base pay shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation varies with qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

Compensation depends on the geographic location where the role sits and may change based on work location.

Work persona (flexible, remote or required in office) is assigned based on the nature of the work and the assigned work location.
