To support our Site Trading Management team, we are searching for a QA Analyst to be based in our London - Westfield office.

Responsibilities

  • Execute hands-on functional testing, business User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation across front-end site features, ERP/WMS workflows, order management (OMS), catalog management (PIM), internal business tools, feature flag activations, and architectural updates.
  • Trace and validate cross-system data flows and business rules (e.g., inventory syncs, pricing updates, order lifecycle processing, and catalog updates between back-end ERP/tools and front-end interfaces) before deployment.
  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases across all layers of our tech stack, from back-office administration systems to front-end UI customer journeys.
  • Draft, execute, and maintain comprehensive test scenario libraries to ensure thorough functional and regression test coverage across multi-stage customer journeys, checkout, catalog, merchandising tooling, and back-office operations.
  • Validate business readiness and functional integrity for complex e-commerce and back-office updates, including currency launches, performance enhancements, and algorithmic merchandising integrations alongside manual tooling.
  • Partner with Central Tech, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders early in feature design to challenge requirements, identify edge cases, and perform isolated feature testing prior to full end-to-end UAT.
  • Work in lockstep with the Incident & Bug Manager to log, track, re-test fixes, and feed post-incident learnings and production bug findings directly back into pre-release test libraries.
  • Support rollout schedules by executing operational readiness test scripts and validating tool reliability post-deployment.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rotation alongside team peers to support real-time site incident triage and emergency issue escalation during evenings and weekends.
  • METRICS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Business UAT and functional test execution coverage and sign-off timeliness.
  • Defect leak rate (bugs identified post-activation vs. pre-release testing).
  • Release & activation success rate with zero critical path regressions in live environments.
  • Accuracy, detail, and clarity of bug reports, impact assessments, and steps to reproduce.
  • Speed and thoroughness of verifying bug fixes and re-testing incidents.
  • Time-to-market for weekly feature flag activations and capability updates.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with test execution and operational readiness handovers.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in business QA, UAT execution, regression testing, and exploratory testing in e-commerce, retail, or multi-system tech environments.
  • Broad technical curiosity with comfortable testing experience across full end-to-end workflows—including front-end web/app UIs, back-office business tools (ERP, OMS, WMS, PIM, CMS), and cross-system data syncs.
  • Understanding of multi-stage customer flows, e-commerce architectures, and back-office tool integrations.
  • Experience testing non-deterministic algorithmic integrations (e.g., search/browse AI) alongside manual merchandising and operational tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to test case execution, edge-case identification, and regression planning.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain software defects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional Product, Tech, and Business teams.
  • Calm under pressure with a strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota.

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday per annum (plus UK bank holidays)
  • Private medical and dental cover schemes
  • Matched contribution pension
  • Flexible working
  • Staff discounts
  • Life assurance cover
